Sunday Schedule

 

          9:15 a.m. Christian Education classes for children and adults. There are 2 classes for children  - K - 3rd. grade and grades 4 - 8th.

 2 adult  classes will meet. "Seasons of the Spirit" is the curriculum for the adult class in the parlor and follows the common lectionary.  New  is a class that will meet in the library for  adults who are relatively new to St. Paul's and will explore the UCC and life at St. Paul's. 

10:15 a.m. Worship. Lift to the Sanctuary. Child care is provided for children birth to Kindergarten. 

Communion is the first Sunday of every month.

April 1 Maundy Thursday Supper & Service     

  Easter Sunday Worship at 10:15 a.m.

BROWN BAG LENTEN STUDY GROUP on Wednesdays, February 24, March 3, 10, 17 and 24th. from 5:30 - 7 p.m.  Bring a sandwich and join us as we read a book by John Indermark, "Do Not Live Afraid." The cost of the book is $12.00 and needs to be ordered by February 2. Please call the office, 513-422-4519, if you are interested.  Choir practice will follow at 7 p.m.

  CHOIR PRACTICE is held every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The choir loft always has room for more voices and there are robes of all sizes. Marsha Minge is the choir director.  

MONDAY MORNING BOOK GROUP  will be held at 10:30 a.m. the first and third Mondays of the month. This group reads and discusses contemporary writings.  Monday, January 4, will be the next meeting to continue discussion of : "Eat, Pray and Love."  Everyone who enjoys the stimulating exchange of ideas on how to apply the messages of the Bible today is invited to join. 

CRAFTS & PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY: We will meet from 6:30 - 8 p.m on the fourth Tuesday of the month  to work on various crafts and  a Prayer Shawl Ministry.  For more info about the Prayer Shawl Ministry check out the website: www.lionbrand.com/shawlstories. If you don't knit or crochet, you are welcome to bring any craft you would like to work on such as scrapbooking, beading, etc. Call the church office and let us know you will be attending.  This is open to the community.


THE WOMEN'S GUILD  meets the first Thursday of the month at Noon except January and February. Bring a sandwich.  Beverages and desserts are provided by the committee.  The next meeting is Thursday, April 1, 2010.             
     There is always a program after lunch to amuse, entertain or provide information of interest. The group contributes to community charities and enjoys Christian fellowship.  Other activities and worship events vary with seasons of the church year. We are open to forming new groups as needed or requested
