9:15 a.m. Christian Education classes for children and adults. There are 2 classes for children and 1 adult study class. "Seasons of the Spirit" is the curriculum for the adults and follows the common lectionary. "Kid Connection" is being used for K-6.


10:15 a.m. Worship. Lift to the Sanctuary. Child care is provided for children birth to Kindergarten.

NEW: Children 3 - 5 will have a class during worship time. They will be able to go downstairs for a Bible story and craft following the children's message.

Communion is the first Sunday of every month.

Other Fellowship Opportunitues

CHOIR PRACTICE is held every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The choir loft always has room for more voices and there are robes of all sizes. Marsha Minge is the choir director.

TUESDAY NOON BOOK GROUP is held from noon to 1:00 p.m. the first and third Tuesdays of the month. This group reads and discusses contemporary writings.   Everyone who enjoys the stimulating exchange of ideas on how to apply the messages of the Bible today is invited to join. 

CRAFTS & PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY: We will meet from 6:30 - 8 p.m on the third Tuesday of the month  to work on cards for service men & women and also start a Prayer Shawl Ministry.  For more info about the Prayer Shawl Ministry check out the website: www.lionbrand.com/shawlstories. If you don't knit or crochet you are welcome to bring any craft you would like to work on such as scrapbooking, beading, etc. Call the church office and let us know you will be attending.  This is open to the community.

"MAG" is a new Men's Activity Group. They will meet for breakfast on Saturday, May 31, at 8:30 A.M. at Frisch's on Germantown Road. Following breakfast the men will go back to the church to tackle some of the projects the Property Committee has identified.

THE EVENING BOOK GROUP  meets at "Java Johnny's" on Central Ave.  Please call the church for more information.

THE WOMEN'S GUILD  meets the first Thursday of the month at Noon. Bring a sandwich.  Beverages and desserts are provided by the committee. There is always a program after lunch to amuse, entertain or provide information of interest. The group contributes to community charities and enjoys Christian fellowship. The next meeting is on June 5, 2008.

Other activities and worship events vary with seasons of the church year. We are open to forming new groups as needed or requested.
